Peterborough United's Matt Garbett has made a name for himself in the England World Cup squad, impressing in a 1-0 win over a strong opposition. The young player's skills were on full display as he prepared to become the first serving Posh player to appear in a World Cup Finals. Garbett did well in his hour on the pitch, certainly when getting the opportunity to move forward. There was one scary moment for Garbett when he was adjudged to have fouled Ivan Toney in the penalty area early in the second-half, but VAR came to the rescue by confirming an offside decision against the former Posh striker.
